North Avenue clean-up this Saturday, 9/29
Let's clean up the eastern gateway to the District (6110-6400 blocks, both sides of the street). Together, we'll get rid of litter and weeds and spruce up our neighborhood.
Who: The Galewood Economic Development Committee, The North Avenue District, Inc. and YOU
What: A North Avenue Fall Clean-up. Ald. Taliaferro and the 29th Ward will provide supplies (bring your own gloves if you can). Coffee and doughnuts while they last.
When: Saturday, September 29th, 9-10:30 am
Where: Ald. Taliaferro's 29th Ward office, 6272 W. North Ave, Chicago. (Plenty of parking one block west in the former Walgreen's lot at North/Mobile.)
Why: Because we care about our neighborhood.
